Welcome to Hotel Canto do Atlântico! We are very happy to have you as our guest. To ensure everyone enjoys a comfortable and peaceful stay, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:


1. Check-in e Check-out:


● Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is until 12:00 pm.

● Documents must be presented to identify the guest and proceed with check-in.

● Refusal to provide identification may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

● Please contact the front desk if you require a late check-out or early check-in, subject to availability.


2. Cancellation Policy:


● Please review our cancellation policy at the time of booking to avoid non-refundable fees.

● Contact reception for changes or letters of credit.


3. Respectful Behavior:


● Respect other guests, staff and the tranquility of the environment.

● Disruptive behavior, excessive noise and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.


4. Non-Smokers:


● The Hotel is a non-smoking environment. Smoking in non-smoking areas may result in a fine.


5. Pets:


● We charge a daily Pet fee of R$35.00, so that your pet can also enjoy staying with its owner.

● It is not permitted to leave pets alone in the rooms.

● Pets must be on a leash to move around the Hotel and preferably carried in the elevators.


6. Proper Use of Facilities:


● Breakfast hours are from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

● The pool is open from 10am to 10pm.

● The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and for dinner from 6pm to 8pm.

● Plates and cutlery are provided for our guests, please consult reception.


● The maximum height allowed for covered parking is 1.80m, and you must pay extra attention to the size of the car, where the angle reduces the height.

● Use facilities such as swimming pool and common areas in accordance with hotel rules.

● Do not remove towels or other items from rooms for use in common areas, subject to fine.

● Respect opening hours and maintain silence after 10:00 pm.

● It is not permitted to hang towels and belongings on the balconies, as there is a risk of falling.


7. Security and Values:


● The room key remains with the guest to keep valuables safe and the room will only be cleaned with the guest's permission.

● The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items inside the rooms and common areas.

● At check-in, if you choose to park, you will be given an identification card so you can access the parking area.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:


● Keep the room clean and in good condition.

● Whenever possible, reuse towels for sustainability purposes.

● Damage caused to the room or hotel property may result in additional costs as per the price list at reception.

● Use the trash cans to avoid the accumulation of trash in the parking lot and pool areas.


9. Food and Beverage Policy:


● Do not use glass or similar products around the pool, as you will be subject to a fine and pool maintenance costs in the event of broken glass.

● Consult our policy on food and drinks brought in from outside.

● Use designated dining areas and follow hotel restaurant rules.

● Hotel breakfast items must be consumed only in the Restaurant.


10. Privacy Policy:


● Respect the privacy of other guests and staff.

● Do not walk through areas accessible only to employees.

● Keep the fire escape clear and the doors closed.

● Do not take photos or record videos without consent.


11. Internet connection:


● Always try to use the closest Wi-Fi network to avoid network overloads.

● Use the Wi-Fi network responsibly and legally.

● Do not engage in illegal or harmful activities.


12. Check-out:


● To close your account, you can request it via WhatsApp (receipts and invoices too).

● You will need to wait a few minutes while staff checks out of your room.

● Please be sure to return your room keys, parking ID card and report any damage to the front desk.
